I witnessed extreme physical abuse towards clients and med swapping between clients, reported it to DCFS and management stood by the abuser because these people were great workers and loved the kids.

Employees made the place a hard place to work, but I stayed as long as I grew to love the clients. Pros You got a paycheck. Cons You get paid lousy for the work. Was this review helpful? The company values clinical quality and provides ongoing training.

Management didn't care about their employees work life balance and mandated staff to join committees regarding shoveling snow and picking up trash around the building. The office spaces were ratchet with no central air, leaking pipes, rodents, and horrible parking.

Raises were given out of popularity and management lacked maturity. There was no work structure and you were expected to work long hours from home to meet deadlines. If you want to be miserable this would be the perfect job for you! S they are attempting to sell the company which means current position aren't secure! Office spaces are in disrepair with leaking pipes, mice, and half painted walls. Raises are non-existent. Office employees are responsible for shoveling snow in the winter. Health care costs are so high that several employees choose to use the marketplace instead.

The clients truly are a pleasure. It can be a fast paced daily. Being self motivated and flexible is a plus to the company. In my opinion, this makes a job great as it is never boring.

Pros Great Hours. Cons High Turn Overs. Help us improve! No raise in over nine years of any kind, pay not very competitive. Not many job advance to move to in order to get a raise. Always under staffed. Dedicated workers get no recognition or raise. Work doubts and don't see the benefit of it. Believe the management is getting raises and regular workers who work so hard and get the lowest pay have not had raises.
