I decided to keep the couch and money as I did not want to deal with the process any further. The couch is well made but not what I was hoping for.
July 21, Hi Dan, I'm so sorry there was a mix up with the fabric. Of course we stand behind our products and offered to make the sectional in the correct fabric for you. We offered to rush it for weeks and you could keep the other sectional and use it in your home until the new one was delivered.
The sample you liked was the Regis Silver and the order invoice you signed said Sasha silver, which neither the sales person, nor you noticed when the order was written up, unfortunately. Our normal production time is up to 6 weeks because everything fabric, frames, legs, cushion fill is custom ordered and made specifically for your custom order.
You decided you didn't want to wait for the new sectional, and asked for a discount instead, which we offered and you agreed to. I'm sorry you felt prompted to leave a negative review, since I was under the impression the discount was to your satisfaction. We would have been happy to make the sectional in the correct fabric for you, and you would not be without anything to sit on for that time..

So, I'm perfectly satisfied with my entire experience with Monarch Sofas. From showroom ordering to online emails with Brad to hearing from the delivery company to receiving delivery, everything went just fine.
However, I am most pleased with the excellent and top quality craftsmanship of my new sofa and chair. Both pieces are beautiful to look at, perfectly sized for me and my small living room and are the best pieces of furniture I've ever had. I think delivery was a couple days earlier than anticipated.
