Mom bought a car a couple years back, the catalytic converter went out one week later, they made her pay half, the car was only worth 4k tops and they sold it to her for 12k.
Had k miles and had been wrecked, but they didnt tell her that. Horrible service, horrible people, dont not buy from this company!!!!!!!!! I've had to replace the ball joints after three months then the tie rods a few months later. I've recently replaced the starter and am taking it to the shop today to have a clanking sound checked out all this in a years time.
If the salesman Alex, who no longer works there, didn't lie and run my credit after saying they wouldn't I would let them pick this trash up. But I don't want a repo on my report. I also tried to trade it with them for another one, but would have to pay half the vehicle off before that could happen.
Now to top all that off I delivered auto parts to them from Tommie Vaughn Ford just a few blocks away and two of their employees were standing around telling dirty sex jokes thinking I would laugh not recognizing that I was one of their customers. Like one of the reviews said before,they force you into buying a car they want you to have. I went with my mom to look for a truck or a SUV because thats the type of car we wanted.
Since I was both young and my mom very naive she ended up getting an oldsmobile car. It had low mileage and was super clean but was very expensive and again not the car we wanted.
We did this purchase about three to four years ago but the car is still running. Good place been open over 30 yrs same location, have carfax on every single car. They do report to the credit beroue, low monthly payment and low down payment. I remember Mr. What he didn't tell you was that he bought the car and took it to have the lights customized and when the light people rewired his car they caused a problem and HED sales refused to fix the problem that other people caused.
I have know the people at HED sales for years and have bought a number of cars for myself and my family. This is the only place I buy used cars. They are an outstanding business and I personally know a number of people that have bought cars from them and no one has ever had a problem that wasn't taken care of in a professional manner.
I rate these people outstanding. Don Miller. Place is Garbage. Won't let you test drive without a application Wth?! Won't tell you the price of a vehicle was told it was up to the finance company what a huge joke this place was.
The car fax on some of the vehicles are incorrect. On purpose? I don't know? The prices are not posted and they don't want to tell you until you are signing papers. Boy, are they high.
